The current interface lacks a “true dashboard”, where users login and see all their available options. This page encompasses what’s expected of a dashboard.
At the top of the page, I created a logo for them and added common UI items such as mail alerts, user profile dropdown and an instant property search field. Farther down the page, the user has popular links to items such as personalized search, favorites, message center and documents. The bottom features new homes accordingly.
In terms of branding, I felt the sans font as the primary added a certain level of sophistication and the combo of the dark blue and orange isn’t commonly used in the resl estate industry.
There previously wasn’t a mobile version of the tool so I made sure UI elements such as likes, dislikes, saves were all “tapable” and functioned as expected.
This page features all search results set up by the agent. From here, the user can like, dislike or save properties. Along the left, the user can filter listings accordingly.
Users can view specific properties in detail. The page features a large image gallery, a map to the property and property details.
